Midges Punters Club is an independent horse racing data aggregation, analysis and tipping platform. We provide racing information, market observations, data summaries, opinion-based tips and suggested betting strategies for general information and entertainment purposes only.
Midges Punters Club is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, wagering operator, gambling operator or licensed betting service. We do not accept bets, process wagers, hold customer funds, pay winnings, offer betting accounts, provide gambling services, or facilitate the placement of bets.
Any tips, ratings, staking suggestions, confidence levels or betting strategies published on this website are opinions only. They are not guarantees, promises of profit, financial advice, investment advice, or personal gambling advice. Racing outcomes are uncertain and users should make their own decisions based on their own judgement, circumstances and risk appetite.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any betting activity they choose to undertake is lawful in their location and conducted only with licensed wagering providers where permitted by law.

2. About This Platform
Midges Punters Club ("the Platform") is a paid membership service providing form guides, ratings, tips and related tools for Australian thoroughbred racing, using AI-powered analysis. What you can access depends on your membership tier.
3. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Platform. Horse racing involves wagering activities that are restricted to adults by law in Australia. By signing in you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Not Professional Advice
All analysis, predictions, form guides, and commentary generated by this Platform - including AI-generated content - are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional racing, financial, or wagering advice. Past performance of AI predictions does not guarantee future results.
You acknowledge that you make all wagering decisions independently and bear full responsibility for any bets placed.
5. Responsible Gambling
Gamble Responsibly. Horse racing wagering carries significant financial risk. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

6. Authorised Use Only
You agree to use this Platform only for its intended purpose and not to: share your login credentials with unauthorised persons; attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Platform or its output for commercial purposes; submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading data to the system; circumvent or attempt to disable any security or access controls; or use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Australian law.
7. Memberships & Payments
Memberships are billed monthly in Australian dollars by our payment provider, Stripe, and renew each month until cancelled. Prices shown include GST. We do not see or store your card details.
A new member's 7-day free trial of Silver requires a card at sign-up. It is charged at the Silver price when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
You can cancel from the Membership screen. A cancelled membership keeps its access until the end of the period already paid for, and is not charged again. If a payment fails, access may be limited or removed until it is paid.
Free (Bronze) membership may show advertising. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
8. Third-Party AI & Data Services
This Platform uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), publicly accessible and licensed horse racing data sources, a payment provider (Stripe) and an advertising provider (Google).
Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, at midge.au/privacy, explains what we collect, how we use it, and how advertising cookies work. We do not sell your personal information or share personal wagering data.
Form guides and other content may be changed or removed at any time. Do not send us sensitive personal information you do not need to.
10. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operators make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of AI analysis, or the completeness of scraped racing data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators accept no liability for any financial loss arising from use of this Platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The operators will endeavour to notify members of significant changes.
